Four flights from Trivandrum airport cancelled

Around four flights were cancelled on first day when domestic flights services resumed from Trivandrum International Airport on Monday. The domestic passenger services from Terminal I of the airport was started after an interval of around two months.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Around four flights were cancelled on first day when domestic flights services resumed from Trivandrum International Airport on Monday. The domestic passenger services from Terminal I of the airport was started after an interval of around two months.
Flight services to Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi and Mumbai sector were cancelled on Monday.

Air India express flight to Kozhikode has been rescheduled to Tuesday.
An official from airport said that the flight services did not receive approval to operate services.
Air India will operate a flight to Delhi and Indigo airline have scheduled to operate flight services to Chennai, Bengaluru and Kannur.
The airport was handling evacuation flights and flights operated for transportation of essential services during lockdown.
The passenger arriving at the airport will have to follow quarantine for 14 days. Medical team of health department will conduct health screening and any passengers with symptoms will be shifted to hospital.
